Art historians call Vladimir Stein a painter who exists outside of time, and they see the mystery of his work in "isolation from any kind of groupings." Although the artist himself, a native of Crimea and a graduate of Ilya Glazunov's portrait workshop at the Surikov Institute, knows "his" time well — the XIX century and modernity. And his canvases will help you solve his mystery.
