Zakharov Fyodor Zakharovich

Zakharov Fyodor Zakharovich. A classic of Crimean painting of the Soviet period, one of the founders of the unique Crimean school of painting. People's Artist of Ukraine, Honored Artist of Ukraine, laureate of the State Prize.Shevchenko, a knight of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor and Badge of Honor, one of the best colorists and the most temperamental painters among the numerous masters of landscape. A native of Smolensk region, Fyodor Zakharovich graduated in 1950 from the V.I.Surikov Moscow State Institute, Faculty of Painting. Russian Russian artists A.V.Lentulov, G.G.Ryazhsky, V.V.Favorsky, I.I.Chekmazov were Zakharov's teachers, who taught him not only professional skills, but also instilled in him a love for the beautiful, for the great Russian national heritage.
Zakharov's paintings by Fyodor Zakharovich are in the State Tretyakov Gallery (Moscow), in museums in Russia, in private collections in Russia and abroad.
